Kitchenhand / Cook – Bentleys Hotel, Clare*****+ hours per week | Casual or Part-Time | Clare, SABentleys Hotel is looking for one or two experienced Kitchenhands / Cooks to join our kitchen team.
This role suits someone with experience in a busy commercial kitchen who is confident doing more than traditional kitchenhand duties.
You may have experience cooking on fryers, pizzas, salads, or basic food preparation, or you may be currently studying cookery and looking to build your skills and experience in a working kitchen.About the RoleWorking as part of our kitchen team, your duties will include:Kitchenhand and dishwashing dutiesBasic food preparationCooking easy menu items including fryers, pizzas and saladsAssisting chefs during busy service periodsMaintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchenFollowing food safety, hygiene and WHS requirementsReceiving, storing and rotating stockSupporting the wider kitchen team wherever requiredAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Has previous experience working in a commercial kitchen environmentHas some hands-on cooking experience or is currently studying cookeryUnderstands food safety,



hygiene and WHS requirementsCan work quickly and efficiently under pressureIs comfortable working in a fast-paced service environmentIs reliable, organised and willing to get stuck inCan work independently while also being a strong team playerIs available across a range of shifts, including nights and weekendsHours & EmploymentApproximately *****+ hours per week are available, depending on experience and availability.
