calling patients with test results, filing, ordering medical supplies, and additional duties as assigned by Same Day Clinic providersRooming patients, taking vitals, intake documentation, assisting with and facilitating TytoCare Telehealth/Virtual patient visitsCoordination of patient careMinimum QualificationsCompletion of a Medical Assistant training program or relevant certification within 12 months of hire or have an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in NursingProficiency in basic medical terminology and procedures and knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systemsCertifications and LicensesMust complete certification with an accredited Medical Assistant program within 12 months of hire or have a current unencumbered Montana/Compact LPN or RN licenseCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredPosition SummarySidney Health Center is seeking a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse to join our I CARE team in the Same Day Clinic setting.
Essential duties of the position include rooming patients, completing assessments, calling patients with results, coordination of patient care, and facilitating telehealth visits with the Same Day Clinic provider.
