Jenmick Gear Cutting & Engineering is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our team in Gladstone, QLD.
This full-time position is a excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation and work with cutting-edge equipment and technology.
What you'll be doing
Programming and operating CNC Lathe machines to manufacture high-precision components and parts
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production
Performing routine maintenance and adjustments on CNC equipment to maintain optimal performance
Identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process
Ensuring all work meets quality standards and safety requirements
Collaborating with the wider production team to achieve targets and deadlines
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Programmer and Machinist.
Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Fitter Machinist)
Strong technical skills and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications




Proficiency in operating a variety of CNC machines and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
