You'll groom and style a variety of popular breeds to a high standard, build lasting relationships with dogs and their owners, offer honest advice on coat care and grooming, and make sure every dog leaves looking and feeling their best.You'll also help keep the salon clean, organised and running smoothly.About youAt least 2 years' qualified grooming experience, including breed-specific stylingConfident with bathing, drying, clipping, scissoring and finishingAble to work at an efficient pace without compromising quality or safetyCalm, patient and confident handling dogs of different temperamentsWarm and clear when communicating with customers in person, by phone and by emailComfortable using an online booking system (we use MoeGo)A solid understanding of workplace health and safety for both you and the dogsReliable, proactive and proud of your work, whether working independently or as part of a teamCertificate III in Animal Care Services and Grooming is preferred, but not essential for candidates with strong industry experience.
