About the Role:
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Paralegal / Secretary to join a well-regarded law firm on the Gold Coast.
You will play a key role supporting a high-performing litigation team, working alongside senior lawyers and a cooperative support team.
This role offers real variety, autonomy, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to complex, high-quality litigation matters.
What You will Be Doing:
Supporting a talented Partner and senior lawyers across a wide range of litigation matters
Drafting and preparing court documents, briefs, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
Managing files and documentation across multiple matters
Conducting legal research and assisting with trial preparation
Liaising confidently with clients,



counsel, and external stakeholders
Managing deadlines and helping ensure a seamless litigation process
What We are Looking For:
Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal / Secretary is essential
A proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of your work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
