About the RoleOur client, a dynamic recruitment consultancy, is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to support their team in Queenstown .
In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging potential candidates for a variety of positions.
You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants to build candidate pipelines and ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants.
This hybrid role allows for flexibility, combining essential time in the Queenstown office with the possibility of remote work, supporting our client's commitment to productive and effective recruitment processes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct extensive candidate searches using various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media,
