This position plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers and ensuring they receive expert guidance when selecting their eyewear solutions.Key responsibilitiesGreeting customers warmly upon arrival and understanding their eyewear needs and preferencesAssisting customers with frame selection, lens options and eyewear accessoriesProcessing customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale systemMaintaining knowledge of current optical products, promotions and pricingSupporting the optometrist and senior staff members during eye tests and consultationsKeeping the store clean, organised and visually appealing, including restocking frames and merchandiseHandling customer inquiries regarding orders, repairs and warranty informationAssisting with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and record keepingContributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues as neededWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in retail,
