We are currently looking for experienced Chefs who have:
Experience in Japanese cuisine preferred
Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
Your duties will include:
Cutting meat and preparing ingredients for cooking
Executing recipes
Receiving and storage of stockAdhering to OH&S; regulations and procedures
Maintaining a hygienic and safe workplace
Working cohesively in a kitchen team
Additional Skills and Experience for leader role:
A strong knowledge of kitchen operations
Leadership skills that are second to none
