Key responsibilities
Leading and supporting the Bar team during service
Maintaining service standards across the floor, bar, and rooftop
Opening and closing the venue
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues on the spot
Supporting the venue manager with rostering, training, and daily ops
Keeping the team energised and the floor running smooth — even on the big nights
About you
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or senior hospitality role.
Experience in high turnover cocktail bars.
Strong knowledge of beverage operations.
Cool under pressure — you've worked a busy service on a Saturday night and loved it.




RSA certified.
RMLV and Approved Manager License highly regarded.
Someone who leads by example, not just by title.
