Worldwide Vending and Refrigeration – Capalaba QLDThis is a full-time role combining telephone customer service, administration, sales support and general office coordination.
You will be one of the key points of contact for our customers, helping to respond to enquiries, coordinate service requirements, process orders and ensure customers receive a high level of service.
The role would suit someone who is organised, confident speaking with customers over the phone, comfortable using computers and enjoys working in a small, busy business environment.Key responsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer telephone calls and respond to customer enquiriesProvide friendly and professional customer serviceProcess customer orders and enquiriesCoordinate customer service and equipment requirementsLiaise with customers regarding deliveries, servicing and equipment issuesPrepare quotes,
