Casual FMCG Production Team Member | Streets Ice Cream | Minto
Looking for flexible casual work that fits around your studies, family commitments or another part‐time role?
The Magnum Ice Cream Company is looking for Casual Production Team Members to join our Minto factory, helping produce some of Australia's favourite ice cream brands including Magnum, Cornetto, Golden Gaytime, Paddle Pop and Weis.
This role may suit:
University and TAFE students
Parents returning to the workforce
People looking to supplement their income with casual work
Anyone seeking flexible work around existing commitments
Do you have availability to work at least 3 days per week (Mon - Frid)?
Our production team operates around the clock; however, casual opportunities are typically available across Monday to Friday on 12-hour shifts:
Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pmNight Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am
Work is offered based on production requirements, and availability across both day and night shifts is highly regarded.
What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside Machine Operators and Production Teams, you'll play an important role in keeping our production lines running safely and efficiently.
Monitoring products as they move through the production line
Supporting Machine Operators to help ensure smooth production flow
Identifying and removing damaged or non-conforming products
Helping minimise waste and maximise efficiency
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and housekeeping standards
Following safe work practices around automated manufacturing equipment
Contributing to getting great products out the door and into the hands of consumers
What We're Looking For
Reliable team players with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a quick‐paced manufacturing environment
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
Availability for 12‐hour shifts




Commitment to safety and quality
Willingness to complete a pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
