As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.What you'll be doingGreeting customers in a friendly and qualified mannerTaking food and beverage orders accurately and communicating them to the kitchen and bar staffDelivering food and drinks to tables in a timely and organised fashionAddressing customer requests and resolving any issues that ariseMaintaining a clean and tidy dining area, including resetting tables and restocking condimentsAssisting with side tasks such as side-work, inventory, and other duties as requiredWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
