About the RoleOur client is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to optimize and scale their online advertising efforts in Queenstown .
This role is central to driving measurable results through paid search, paid social, and other performance-based marketing channels.
You will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, ongoing analysis, and optimization to achieve key business objectives, such as lead generation and customer acquisition.
This is a pivotal prospect for a highly analytical marketer to make a significant impact on revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other relevant channels.Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and identifying optimization opportunities.Develop and implement A/B tests for ad copy, creative assets, landing pages,
