Bar Beach Bowling and Sporting Club – Merewether NSWBar Beach Bowling Club bistro is looking for two Chefs or Cooks to join our team and work with our current Head ChefIn this position, you will be responsible for preparing, producing and presenting all foods according to and as directed by our Head Chef.
You will provide superior customer service to patrons, placing the highest importance on food safety and hygiene, food preparation and presentation to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.What you'll be doing:Supporting the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operationsMaintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standardsPreparing and cooking a variety of fresh, high-quality mealsSupporting tasks in stock rotation, and general kitchen dutiesFollowing recipes and menus to ensure consistency***** hours available currently with immediate start, with potential to move to full time for the right candidateBistro currently trades Wednesday-Sunday, no late nights!
