The successful applicant will be an all-rounder who can confidently work across a variety of commercial and residential building projects, take responsibility for their work,



and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Key responsibilitiesWork across general carpentry and building worksWork with timber and steel/metal framingUndertake concreting and general construction workPerform roofing and roof construction workInstall claddingRead and interpret plans and drawingsManage tasks from start to completionMaintain high standard of workmanship and attention to detailAbout youQualified Carpenter with relevant trade qualificationsStrong experience in general carpentry and building worksExperience working with timber and steel/metal framingConcreting and general construction experienceRoofing and roof construction experienceCurrent White Card and relevant licences/tickets where requiredStrong understanding of workplace health and safety requirementsGood communication skills and a skilled approachExperience in maintenance, renovations, commercial fit-outs and general building works highly regarded
