We are currently seeking an energetic, customer focused and experienced Maintenance Handyperson.
Working closely with the Guest Services Managers, housekeeping and reception teams you will be responsible to ensure well maintained rooms and public areas.
The ability to work on weekends is a must, local resident highly regarded.This position requires a minimum 12 month contract – if you are unable to commit for a minimum of 12 months please do not apply.Duties and responsibilities:Perform day-to-day general maintenance duties within the hotel rooms and public areasRespond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency callsMaintain all tools, equipment, and working areas in proper conditionEnsuring our high quality standards are maintainedDemonstrate exceptional customer service when engaging with GuestsThe successful candidate will have:Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a hotelExcellent communication, interpersonal and time management skillsAbility to work without close supervision and within established timeframes
