helping ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business activities.Your responsibilities may include:Managing office administration and documentationData entry and maintaining accurate recordsAssisting with timesheets and reporting requirementsCoordinating travel, accommodation and logistics bookingsSupporting onboarding and workforce administration processesMaintaining filing systems and operational recordsPreparing reports, correspondence and meeting documentationAssisting the leadership team with general administrative tasksAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Has previous administration, office support or coordination experienceDemonstrates strong organisational and time management skillsHas excellent attention to detailCommunicates effectively with a range of stakeholdersCan work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environmentPrevious experience within operations, construction, mining, engineering or a similar industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.A Role That Works Around LifeThis prospect has been designed to provide meaningful employment with hours that support life outside of work.
