and independenceActively contribute to quality improvement and best-practice service deliveryWork collaboratively within a supportive community mental health teamEssential CriteriaCertificate IV (or equivalent) in Community Services, Mental Health, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience facilitating group-based social and living skills activitiesExperience working with adults with lived experience of severe and complex mental health challengesStrong one on one engagement and group facilitation skillsUnderstanding of the recovery model and its application in mental health settingsCurrent driver's licence (mandatory) and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
