We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to shape the future of maritime training operations.
Based full-time in Sydney, you will provide critical planning, coordination, and administrative support for complex maritime and joint collective training exercises.
This role requires a professional capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
Location: Garden Island, Potts Point, NSW (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive planning, preparation, and execution support for maritime and joint collective training activities.
Develop and maintain exercise documentation, operational products, and lessons learned databases.
Liaise heavily with Joint stakeholders, allied partners, and support agencies to manage exercise schedules and battle rhythms.
Coordinate participant access to secure facilities, IT systems, and communications networks.
