Job Description
Help Enterprises is seeking a motivated casual Youth Employment Assistant to support participants and school leavers under the NDIS in Toowoomba.
The role focuses on one-to-one service, building capacity toward employment, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
You will create individual support plans, run job readiness activities, and help participants progress toward sustainable employment while maintaining data and complying with NDIA guidelines.
