PTC Phone Tech & Comm – Casual Team Member – Willows Store (Queensland)About the role:PTC are currently seeking a Casual team member who is dedicated and driven in the role of Customer Service Sales and Device Technician at our Willows Store.Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be familiar with working in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment.
We will provide training in basic mobile device repairs so you must be willing to learn new skills and enjoy variety in a role.
Not only will you be a key part of the team you will live for sales, delighting your customers every step of the way.
Confident and willing to go the extra mile for your loyal and returning customers.Your Day-to-Day Will IncludeAvailable in storeIRP Certified preferredProviding exceptional customer service and support at all timesAssisting our frontline staff with sales when in storeDiagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical devices – fast, safe, and to the highest standardTroubleshooting faults and performing in-depth inspectionsWorking independently to manage repair queues while keeping quality front of mindMaintaining a safe, clean, and well‐organised workbenchBeing a team player – supporting your team and growing your skillsIRP Certificate training provided if not already possessedTo be successful for this role, you will have:A genuine passion for mobile & tech!

Location and Working Hours: Based onsite 5 days in Milton QLD – one train stop from Brisbane CBD.
Full time roles – 7.30am‐6pm rotating roster, Monday‐Friday.
Salary paying $60K+ Super – Permanent prospect.
