Supporting the Clinic Manager to engage and motivate the team toward KPIsContributing to team success through ongoing training, mentoring and feedbackLeading by example on the floor to deliver an exceptional client experienceAssisting with rosters,



bookings and daily administrationSupporting performance conversations and ongoing team developmentDeputising for the Clinic Manager and owning outcomes in their absenceLiaising with Marketing, Retail Operations and People & Education as neededBuilding your own client base alongside team leadership responsibilities
Who Thrives Here
Experience in a senior or supervisory role within a clinic, salon or retail environmentDermal Diploma or Dermal Therapy/Dermal Science degreeSolid knowledge of advanced skin treatments such as microdermabrasion, peels, laser hair removal, skin needling and LEDAn emerging leader keen to build, coach and grow a high-performing teamDeveloping commercial acumen and an interest in retail services and salesA background in dermal or beauty therapy is ideal but not essentialOrganised, confident and comfortable in a busy, high-profile flagship environment
