This is a permanent, five-day-per-week position working during school terms only, commencing Term 4, ****.The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individual and small-group assistance, helping students build confidence, remain engaged in their education and achieve positive learning outcomes.Provide classroom and individual learning supportWork closely with students with a range of additional learning needsSupport students with engagement, behaviour and participation in learningAssist teachers with the delivery of differentiated learning activitiesHelp create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environmentBuild robust and respectful relationships with young peopleWork collaboratively with teachers and the wider student support teamPrevious experience working with young people with additional or complex learning needs is essentialCert 3 or Cert 4 in Education Support is highly desirableExperience within a school, youth, disability or specialist education environment highly regardedPatient,
