Pharmacy Store Standards and MerchandiserYou will take responsibility for the day-to-day retail operation of the pharmacy while helping lead a significant store transformation.
You will need to have high attention to detail and be highly organised.
A major initial focus will be implementing DDS retail and merchandising standards, improving the presentation and performance of the store, and helping the team embrace new systems and ways of working.
This part-time role will primarily be Monday to Friday work within school hours.Key responsibilitiesLeading the transition of the store to DDS brand and merchandising standardsPlanning and implementing new layouts, merchandising and promotional displaysManaging and motivating the pharmacy retail teamStaff rostering, leave planning and ensuring appropriate staffing levelsRecruitment, onboarding, training and development of team membersEstablishing clear expectations and maintaining high standards of customer serviceMonitoring retail performance and identifying opportunities to improve sales and profitabilityStock management, ranging, inventory control and promotional executionWorking closely with pharmacists,
