You'll work alongside the Venue Manager, lead shifts and support the team in delivering great local hospitality.

What you'll do
Lead your team to create extraordinary guest experiences
Take responsibility for venue operations as Manager on Duty
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
Coach your team to feel confident in their roles, proud of their work and inspired to grow
Complete cash handling, reconciliations and daily reporting
Uphold responsible service, gaming and workplace safety standards
What we're looking for
A supervisor ready to step up—or an experienced manager ready to make their next move count
A hospitality professional driven to learn, grow and advance their career




A passion for great service and bringing out the best in your team
Robust food, beverage and gaming knowledge, with a hands-on approach
Available for a mix of shifts, with some weekend and public holiday availability
Current QLD RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence, with CLO highly regarded.
