Job Description
Harden District Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department and Acute care team on a 12-week contract basis.
This is an in-charge role offering the opportunity to lead a busy ED setting while providing high-quality patient care in a regional NSW setting.
The successful candidate will start as soon as possible and bring strong clinical experience across emergency, acute, and aged care settings.
Lead the ED and Acute care team as In Charge, managing triage and patient flow
12-week contract with an immediate start date
Regional healthcare role in Harden, NSW, with scope to make a real clinical impact
Preferred Requirements
Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA




Demonstrated experience in emergency department, acute care, or aged care nursing
Proven in-charge or team leadership experience in a clinical setting
Triage experience is essential, with competence in patient assessment and prioritisation
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing clinical priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or willingness to obtain
Post-graduate qualification or experience in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care
