Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Experience in recruitment , talent acquisition, or HR, with a focus on early careers or graduates.
Strong understanding of university recruitment cycles and graduate market trends.
Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and assessment skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and digital collaboration tools.

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple candidate pipelines remotely.
