Who are we looking for?
Previous experience managing acommercial or industrial property portfolio.
Strong understanding of day to dayproperty management, including tenant liaison, contractormanagement,maintenancecoordination and lease administration.
Demonstrated experience preparingbudgets, monitoring expenditure and providing accurate financial reporting.
Robust stakeholder managementskills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships withclients, tenants, contractors and internal teams.
About the role
We are looking for a CommercialProperty Manager to manage a mixed portfolio of commercial and industrial assets across South EastQueensland.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day to day operationsof a industrial and commercial property portfolio across South East Queensland.
Build and maintainstrongrelationshipswith clients, tenants, contractors and service providers.
Lead and supportfacilitiesmanagementactivities, working closely with Facilities Managers and the broadersupport team.




Oversee property budgets,reporting, maintenance programs and compliance requirements.
Conduct regular site inspectionsand ensure assets are operating efficiently and delivering strong outcomes.
Identify opportunities to enhanceasset performance and deliver value for clients.
