Whether you're just starting out or in your final year, BT Plumbing and Gas wants to hear from you.
We're a family-owned Sunshine Coast business looking for keen apprentices, from first year through to fourth year, to learn from our experienced team on residential and commercial jobs across the Coast.
What we offer:
Full-time apprenticeship with above award wages, paid weekly
Accredited TAFE/RTO training
One-on-one mentoring from qualified plumbers
Changing employers?
We'll help transfer your apprenticeship and get you started quickly
In your 3rd or 4th year?
We'll help you finish your apprenticeship, get your licence and stay on as a qualified plumber
What you'll learn and work on:
Roughing in water and gas
Roof work, flashings and downpipes




Fitting off fixtures and appliances
Sewer and stormwater drainage
Working safely on residential and commercial sites
What you'll need:
A current driver's licence (a manual licence is a bonus)
A White Card
A real interest in a plumbing career
A valuable work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn
A reasonable level of fitness and care for your own safety and your team's
First years: no experience needed.
School leavers, pre-apprenticeship graduates and mature-age applicants are all welcome.
