Job Description
I'm Angus Steakhouse is seeking Cooks & Chef who are versed in all sections of the kitchen.
Candidates must have a relevant diploma or equivalent experience as well as at least 1 year or more of work experience.
As a casual Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers as part of a passionate and talented culinary team.
What you'll be doing
Prepare high-quality, innovative dishes following established recipes and procedures
Ensure all food preparation and cooking is carried out to the highest standards of quality and hygiene
Assist with menu development and provide input on new dish ideas
Maintain a clean and organised work station
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver meals in a timely manner
Adhere to all food safety and workplace health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
Formal culinary training or equivalent experience as a Chef
Solid knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation




Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Current Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain
