Job Description
Transdev John Holland Buses, Randwick NSW, is seeking a Workshop Leading Hand to provide hands-on leadership to a maintenance team of up to 30, ensuring safety, quality and fleet reliability across operations.
You will lead daily workshop activities, supervise trades, perform maintenance on the bus fleet, conduct inspections, and help implement strategies to improve performance while keeping detailed records and coordinating with multiple depots.
