Our client is seeking a talented and visionary Lead Lighting Artist to define and execute the lighting strategy for their immersive entertainment projects.

You will lead a team of lighting artists, mentor their technical and artistic growth, and collaborate closely with workplace artists, level designers, and art directors to create visually stunning and technically sound scenes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the lighting art team, establishing and maintaining high standards for lighting quality, mood, and artistic consistency.

Collaborate with art directors and level designers to achieve desired visual styles and storytelling goals through lighting.
Optimize lighting performance to ensure smooth frame rates and efficient use of resources.
Mentor junior lighting artists,

Requirements
Extensive professional experience as a Lighting Artist in the game development industry, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional lighting work.
Proven experience in a leadership or Lead Artist role, guiding a team and overseeing lighting production.
Proficiency with industry-standard lighting tools and techniques within game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).
Strong understanding of color theory, composition, mood creation, and the principles of light and shadow.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
