Canberra Health Services seeks a Record Digitisation and Forms Officer on a full-time temporary contract to support Health Information Services in digitising clinical forms and managing the Digital Health Record.
You will maintain the Clinical Forms Register, coordinate form templates, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant, productive health records management.
