Occupational Therapist | Paediatrics | Clinic-Based | West Melbourne

Our client is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their growing paediatric team in Melbourne's western suburbs.
Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you'll be joining a welcoming clinic where collaboration, learning and quality therapy come first.

About the Practice:
The clinic is a well-established paediatric allied health clinic supporting children aged 1 to 13 years with a range of developmental presentations, including:
ADHD
Sensory processing needs
Fine and gross motor delays
Emotional regulation challenges
School readiness and participation goals
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Neurodevelopmental differences
You'll work alongside a passionate multidisciplinary team including:
8 to 10 Occupational Therapists
Occupational Therapy Assistants
Speech Pathologists
Speech Therapy Assistants

Standard clinic hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm
No home visits, with occasional school observations only

Your work will include:
OT assessments and individual therapy sessions
Sensory processing and emotional regulation supports
Fine and gross motor skill development
Play-based intervention and school readiness support
Parent coaching and education
School observations when required
Goal planning and report writing
Working collaboratively with Speech Pathologists, OTs and Therapy Assistants
Requirements
Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration or eligibility to obtain
Working rights in Australia
Passion for working with children and families
Additional Information
Versatile Full Time or Part Time + WFH options + bonuses every 6 months
