Job Description
Life Without Barriers in Adelaide, SA, is seeking a Trauma-Informed Child & Family Practitioner to join our Unley team.
You will provide skilled casework, assessments and support to help place children and young people in safe, reliable family-based environments with relatives or significant people in their lives.
You will work with carers, families and government agencies to develop and implement care plans prioritising safety and long-term wellbeing, while mentoring carers using the CARE model
