The Brook Hotel in Brisbane is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to take full operational ownership of our busy bistro, bars and hospitality departments.
Lead from the front during peak service, manage rosters and costs, and drive elite service across events and hotel guest experiences.
You will coordinate with events and hotel teams to deliver premium functions, ensure five-star standards, and foster a positive team culture while upholding RSA and relevant state requirements.
