Oral Health Therapist – Permanent Part time to Full-Time

We are looking for a bubbly, caring and motivated Oral Health Therapist to join our team in a permanent part-time to full-time position across 4–5 days per week, with no weekend work.
This is a great opportunity for an OHT who takes pride in their clinical work, enjoys building genuine long-term relationships with patients and wants to become part of a positive, close-knit team.

The Role
The role will primarily involve hygiene and preventive care, with restorative treatment as required.
You will have the opportunity to work to your full OHT scope of practice, with adult scope preferred.
You will be supported by an experienced dental team and an established patient base, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent clinical care and developing strong patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive hygiene and preventive care to patients of all ages




Deliver restorative treatment within your scope of practice as required
Work confidently to your full OHT scope of practice
Provide high-quality, patient-centred clinical care
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with patients
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
Contribute positively to our friendly and collaborative team environment
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
A qualified and AHPRA-registered Oral Health Therapist, with no limitations on registration
Experienced in adult scope of practice, preferably
2+ years' experience preferred, but not essential
Warm, bubbly and approachable, with a genuine passion for patient care
Reliable, organised and committed to a strong work ethic
Positive and enthusiastic, with a genuine desire to contribute to the team
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Someone who takes pride in their clinical work and patient relationships
Comfortable working in a relaxed, family-friendly private practice
Committed to providing a high standard of patient care
Experience with Invisalign or clear aligner therapy would be an advantage, but is not essential.
