About the Role
Our client is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to optimize and scale their online advertising efforts in Queenstown .
This role is central to driving measurable results through paid search, paid social, and other performance-based marketing channels.
You will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, ongoing analysis, and optimization to achieve key business objectives, such as lead generation and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other relevant channels.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and identifying optimization opportunities.
Develop and implement A/B tests for ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.




Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid acquisition channels.
Demonstrated expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major PPC/paid social platforms.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive marketing decisions.
Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics is essential.
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
