Job Description
Perth Airport is seeking a Field Services Technician to join the IT service delivery team in Australia.
You will troubleshoot and resolve Tier I & II IT issues across desktops, smartphones, and AV systems, delivering prompt support through multiple channels.
The role requires strong problem-solving skills, collaboration with internal teams, and detailed incident logging while contributing to ongoing service improvements.
On-site work and a agile, 24/7 environment are part of daily operations.
