Mobile role with an office on the Gold Coast for support, flexible WFH options, and paid monthly travel to rural QLD.

What's On Offer
Salary: $75,000 – $105,000 + Super
Travel Allowance: Up to $6,000 per year + all meals & accommodation when away

A Week in the Life
One-on-one supervision with a specialised Senior OT matched to your caseload
Thursdays = group clinical education
Fridays = structured New Grad learning (no clients!)
Regional Work once a month for 1-3 days at a time = back-to-back consults
Office days = report writing, team support, and optional telehealth
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers licence and own vehicle
Referral BONUS
