Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership team at their Queenstown retail location.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and staff management.
Supervise and coach retail associates to enhance sales performance and customer service.
Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention strategies.




Contribute to creating a positive and engaging shopping environment for customers.
Requirements
Previous experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role, such as Key Holder or Assistant Manager.
Strong understanding of retail sales techniques and customer service best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management procedures.
