Ambulance Victoria is seeking a Patient Liaison Support Officer to provide confidential administrative and customer service support to the Patient Safety & Experience team.
This full time, permanent role offers hybrid working with presence at our Blackburn headquarters and future Doncaster.
You will manage intranet content, assist with briefs and reports, handle high volumes of calls, and build positive relationships with patients, consumers and stakeholders to support AV's commitment to patient
