Coordinate building repairs and insurance claims
Communicate clearly with customers, trades and team
Providing timely and accurate updates
Ensure delivery stays on schedule and within budget
Organise emergency Make Safe works
The Right Person
Great attention to detail and time management
Ability to problem solve
Has an understanding of building/repair work and scopes
Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
