About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and empathetic Senior Massage Therapist to join their wellness center in Queenstown.
You will provide a range of therapeutic massage services, assessing client needs and developing personalized treatment plans to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
This role requires a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, various massage modalities, and a commitment to client care.
As a senior therapist, you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of service and potentially mentor junior practitioners within the serene environment of the Eastern Cape.
Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy.
Conduct client assessments to understand their needs, medical history, and therapeutic goals.
Develop and implement personalized massage treatment plans for each client.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate self-care practices.
Maintain detailed client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.




Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the treatment room and massage equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
Certified and licensed Massage Therapist with significant qualified experience.
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
A compassionate and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on client comfort and safety.
Ability to work independently and manage appointment schedules effectively in Queenstown.
