Purpose
Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the growth and development of FlexiHome Care by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with NDIS participants, families, support coordinators, plan managers, referrers and other relevant organisations.
The role will promote FlexiHome Care's services, strengthen referral networks, increase service engagement and contribute to the organisation's overall growth while maintaining a professional, person-centred and ethical approach.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Contributing to the development of programs and services to generate new sources of revenue.
Assisting with developing long term plans and objectives for the organisation.
Launching strategic plans, and monitoring, controlling and improving performance to meet business objectives.
Analyse current and past financial data, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
Prepare the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we're on track to hit revenue targets.
Building strong relationships within the Disability sector including hospitals, mental health departments, support coordinators and the NDIS in order to identify new clients and obtain referrals for SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) and SIL (Supported Independent Living).
Contributing the fulfilment of company goals, vision and mission; Develop creative strategies to retain the clients to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.

Qualifications
Bachelor/Masters degree in Business Administration with specialisation in strategic management
Tertiary qualification in strategic management
Australian Valid License is a Must
Experience
6 months of experience in strategic planning (essential)
Knowledge
Knowledge of the industry and business processes, including the NDIS, the NDIS Price Guide and the Specialist Disability Accommodation framework
Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and organisational development
Skills and Competencies
Great interpersonal skills and effective communication skills

Excellent time management skills, multi-tasking and organisation skills as you will be working in a fast paced workplace

Requirements
You must have a NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to apply to be successful in your application.
Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:NDIS Worker's Check (Preferred)
Driving Licence (Preferred)
Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)
