Job Description
Avenue Executive Pty Ltd, a leading Australian landlord, seeks an experienced Debt Recovery Specialist to manage rental arrears across a portfolio of shopping centres.
The role balances commercial outcomes with empathy and resilience, and is the first point of contact for tenants on rent-related matters.
You will report to the Regional Manager, maintain relationships with Centre Managers, drive timely collections, and support payment plans to lift tenant satisfaction across a national portfolio
