Position Responsibilities
Provide outstandingon-site servicing and repairof high-end coffee machines from homes to commercial settings.
Conductpreventive maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and installation of advanced espresso and grinder systems.




Delivercustomer-focused service, acting as both technician and brand ambassador problem-solver, advisor, and coffee connoisseur.
Record service diagnostics and parts usage with precision and efficiency.
