PTC Phone Tech & Comm – Casual Team Member – Willows Store (Queensland)
About the role:
PTC are currently seeking aCasualteam member who is dedicated and driven in the role ofCustomer Service Sales and Device Technicianat ourWillows Store.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be familiar with working in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment.
We will provide training in basic mobile device repairs so you must be willing to learn recent skills and enjoy variety in a role.
Not only will you be a key part of the team you will live for sales, delighting your customers every step of the way.
Confident and willing to go the extra mile for your loyal and returning customers.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Available in store
IRP Certified preferred
Providing exceptional customer service and support at all times
Assisting our frontline staff with sales when in store
Diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical devices – fast, secure, and to the highest standard
Troubleshooting faults and performing in-depth inspections
Working independently to manage repair queues while keeping quality front of mind
Maintaining a safe, clean, and well‐organised workbench
Being a team player – supporting your team and growing your skills
IRP Certificate training provided if not already possessed
To be successful for this role, you will have:

Flexibility to work at least one day on the weekend
Experience working to and exceeding all budgets and KPI's
A hard working and motivated attitude to achieve goals and commissions
A passion for an excellent customer experience




An understanding of sales processes and techniques
An ability to learn new things quickly and think on your feet!
Ability to lift up to 25kg

Location and Working Hours:Based onsite 5 days in Milton QLD – one train stop from Brisbane CBD.
Full time roles – 7.30am‐6pm rotating roster, Monday‐Friday.
Salary paying $60K+ Super – Permanent opportunity.
Contract type: Permanent.
