Job Description
Tender Loving Care Disability Services in Bankstown NSW is seeking a Support Coordinator to coordinate support for clients, help them achieve their goals, and foster a learning, values-driven workplace for staff and volunteers.
You will engage with service providers and allied health professionals, monitor progress toward plan goals, and guide clients to access community supports.
A minimum of 2 years in disability or related services is preferred.
