We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous automotive parts experience who is looking to take the next step in their career - or someone with a genuine interest in the automotive industry who is keen to learn and develop their skills.
Working as part of our parts team, you will be responsible for helping customers and our workshop team find the right parts and providing friendly, efficient service.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include
Identifying and sourcing automotive parts
Assisting retail and trade customers with parts enquiries




Preparing parts orders and quotes
Liaising with suppliers and the workshop
Receiving, checking and organising stock
Maintaining accurate inventory records
Providing excellent customer service
We are looking for someone who is
Friendly, reliable and well presented
Customer-focused with good communication skills
Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
A team player with a positive attitude
Computer literate and willing to learn
Previous automotive parts experience is preferred, but not essential
Automotive knowledge, dealership experience or a genuine passion for cars will be highly regarded.
Full training and support will be provided to the right person.
